worst stay ever. we upgraded to the villa room after checking their tent stay. the room was poorly cleaned and filled with a bad smell. the roof of the room was filled with fungus, the smell of the blanket was unacceptable, and the blanket was changed upon request, but still not good. if you have dust allergy, please don't choose them. better to order food directly from restaurants rather than using their service. they are charging around 3 times more than the actual price. you can find restaurants near to the stay. no value for money. worst experience. not recommended.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained "The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options Happy at all ❤️ Happy at ALL 🤗

we booked the cottage according to the pictures of the rooms shown. but after we reached there it was a tent room. we couldn't stay there. then we booked again a villa room.

Wonderful experience it was. Resort accommodation, ambiance & staff was all good.They provided free WiFi but not good. No complimentary breakfast. Resort is located 20 km far away from the Munnar town.

The worst resort/hotel/homestay I have ever stayed. Booked for 5 people (28th to 29th December) and they failed to provide all the amenities they have mentioned in the booking. 1) The building they provided was different form the location they mentione2) Provided only one double bed and an extra single mattress for 5 people 3) No drinking water 4) No glasses or plates, didn't provide even on request 5) No Wi-Fi 6) No bath towel ( they provided only one bath towel on 29th 10 am after so ...more

A big thank you to the Sahari Mariental Resort team for their great hospitality. The mud cottages set amidst nature provide a wonderful and serene atmosphere to relax. The cottages are neat and clean. The ambiance and view from the cottages will soothe your senses. This coupled with good food and the good attitude of the resort staff will make your trip a memorable experience. Thank you once again.
