the stay was so horrible for us that we hadn't taken even a single photo
the receptionist was terrible he has no manners to talk
just because the hotel was near dwarkamai we booked it
we will never ever stay either recommend any of ours family or friends

Worst experience, At the time of check in we were told no AC rooms available till afternoon but after threatening to complain, we got a AC room on 3rd floor # 301...Pros - 24 hrs checkin, beautiful view of Dwarakamai & Chawdi from Temple facing rooms, quick response from owner...Cons - No lifts & small Steps, TV not working, No network at inside rooms, No WiFi, Soap, other toiletries, Bath Towels unhygienic...

There was mosquito, Very bad service, Bed sheets was not washed, there was stain all around. This was totally different than pic.
