My grand father and grand mother is along with me. At the time of booking the hotel staff assured me for the sake of them, they provide me accommodation either on ground floor or atleast 1st floor. But without considering the situation they have provided accommodation at 3rd floor. If they told us earlier then we could think for other option. So it's my suggestion that kindly accommodation please be given with room no. so such difficult situation cannot be faced in future.

Bad & worst hotel. We went to hotel @ 5am with 2 one year babies they have not provided room staying my Check-in time 11am.

it very bad experience.. charging shoket is not working.
toilet bathroom is very dirty.
new room is given on 2nd day but situation is Same. charging shoket is working but toilet bathroom is verr dirty and door is not going to close. .. bad experience
Hotel has many problems in all rooms. Not a single Charging shoket working. They Chenge room after one day STAY. 2nd room bathroom door is not closing properly. And 3rd room alloteded all room has dirty toilet bathroom. Not good cleaning.. I can not recommended this hotel any one. West of money

the bathroom is small not cleaned maintained.wrost..
