When was the last time I visited and this time visited

1.Bathroom was not cleaned at all.. how they could give this to any customer? very untidy and unprofessional behaviour.
2.pillow covers were also dirty, they haven't changed after last use.
3.at time of check out, we asked for few more minutes to feed our baby but they continuously kept asking to leave.. they thought if we'd steal the room ya fir property apne naam kr liya to.. dude it's weekday only, and most of rooms were empty.

I booked a hotel for a single stay and they accepted the amount but they denied checkin because of I am single and also they didn't returned amount back .. the worst experience in my entire travel journey

1. Bathroom tiles were slippery
2. Water drain outlet was not cleaned
3. Comot, wash basin were not cleaned
4. Bathroom corners were having Pan spits
5. Bedsheets were not changed and was having stains.
6. Blanket were too having stains
7. When I complainted at reception, I was ignored and both the attendees did not care to listen to us.

Dirty. No hot water availability. Staff unhealthy. Taps in bathroom were broken. staff dint attend despite multiple reminders. Eventually we had to make some other arrangements for stay and bath.
