Very poor hotel, not for the family, no wifi working, not giving proper service not even providing clean towel, toilet and bathroom stink, so bad that I can't describe in words

This was my Second Stay here. This time I booked a Deluxe AC Room,they have 6-7 of those.
*PROS:-
1) Helpful Staff Especially Manager Vinodji, he allowed me to switch rooms twice, first change was their fault as the room was dirty & very compact second time (Room#125) it was external noise @ night (till 1:30am) by staff of the restaurant below
2) Staff is Helpful
3) Enough Cupboard Space
4) Enough Hooks for Hanging Clothes
5) Nearly 500mtrs from Goregaon West Station

This is a Budget Lodge, location is in City area of Goregaon (West) with buzzing traffic, it situated @ 1st Floor of an Apartment building, A veg Restaurant Ratna (South Indian) is @ Ground Floor. My Room was Non-AC. This facility has a bit old furniture but it's sturdy & fine for such a budgeted place.
Recommendation: Always bring an Extension/Spike when travelling with Family or have more than 2 Electronic Devices to charge.

Very bad check in. Wanted to spend good time with my beloved but they wr constantly asking if u guys stay in mumbai then why coming here and staying. Which i found very shady and room was pathetic it was stinking
