First of all ignore negative comments which are posted earlier. Honestly we are in little bit doubt during booking, after check in we realised those wrong myth about this hotel. Hotel Sambit Palace is near to Swargadwar beach. Very smooth check in check out process. Very neat and clean. Staffs behaviour are very good. In house bengali restaurant " Poush Parbon " food is awesome. Authentic bengali cousins available here with reasonable price. Only cons are hotel doesn't have lift facility and fur ...more

not at all good hotel. very shaby. in a lane full of flies we literally have to spray fly killer and despite of numerous requests the house keeper didn't give room freshner and more over while leaving the guy asked for tips. which was really aweful we didnt say a word we paid him 100bucks. I will not recommend any family to visit this shabby hotel. kitchen is aweful. we never ordered a single food after seeing the kitchen condition. too much unhealthy. just wasted my money. the amount of money t ...more

There is no lift. Most of the ACs are unregulated. I stayed for four days, but the room was cleaned only once. The rooms are small and smelly. The ventilation in the bathroom of the next room was in the bathroom of my room. The narrow corridor was always filled with food plates, cups and leftovers. I never thought I would get such a bad hotel through this agency. At this rate , there are many, many better hotels in Puri.

our stay at sumbit palace in puri was a mixed experience. the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access the beach and local attractions. the rooms were decently maintained, though some areas could use better cleanliness and upkeep. the staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with our needs. however, the service could be a bit slow at times. the food at the hotel was average—some dishes were good, while others lacked freshness and flavor. overall, sumbit palace is ...more

Service is bad. Good is excellent. Room in 1st floor needed.. 2nd,3rd floors are painful for aged people.Ground floor is suffocating.

a very over priced hotel. doesn't worth the money. it is just a simple lodge with badsmelling rooms. they charge heavy prices for no maintenance. poor facilities and poor service.

location wise its good. staff behavior and response is satisfactory. the room allotted is decent. the restaurant teast is not bad, but available for fix time slots.*but keep it in mind the fine is beyond your thinking ability*
