we had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share it to warn others.
From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place lacks basic hospitality standards. Despite having a confirmed booking, the **room was not ready**, and I was kept waiting unnecessarily. When I was finally given a room, it was in an **unacceptable condition** — not properly cleaned , with dust, dirty linen, and a foul smell lingering in the air.

I am highly disappointed. The room's bad sheet does not change and the blanket is very dirty. The hairs fall in the bad sheet. The towel was not provided . such a pathetic service. I checked out in the evening and booked another hotel for a night stay.

pathetic hotel in meerut, worst place, receptionist is so rude and misbehaving with me. I never suggest to go there. I will file a complaint against them.
