I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I booked it on the same day of my stay, but when I went to check in at night, the gate was completely closed and no one was there to assist. I waited, tried to contact them, but there was no response. I was forced to find another place to stay late at night. My booking amount was completely wasted. This place is highly unprofessional and unreliable. Do not book this hotel, especially if you're arriving late.

it's a very bad experience.first time i have booked a hotel ,it's a very messy hotel also informed facilities are not available with the hotel.please think once again before booking hotel as they failed to fulfill the commitments.thank you.

I would not recommend this property as in the bathroom when geyser was on electric shock was coming and when asked owner he is casually saying it is problem in all rooms also gave an excuse in non AC rooms geyser is not provided. Also the mattress was not comfortable they have not removed the plastic cover of mattress due to which it became an hard surface and barely anyone can have a good sleep there. Only advantage here is it is 450m from beach and 1.3km from temple. Otherwise I will not recommend to stay here due to electric shock issue

very worst hotel please don't book it ,After 11:00 pm gate completely closed ,No one from hotel brother after several call and knock no one open the door. After 1 hour wait outside so many trials one of the guest came and ask to open the door so whG kind of pathetic service is this?

Worst hotel ever stayed...!!!No reception was present when I went for check-in. I waited for 10mins and when called a guy came.He doesn't have basic manner how to greet or behave with customer. They didn't provide me towel or basic toiletries. When I asked him, they told we don't provide towel for non-ac booking, which I first time faced and got surprised. After entering the room it was stinking like anything and the toilet flush was also a broken one.I will never suggest anyone to stay here.

This is the worst hotel i have stayed in my life. I just booked this room for day time as in Puri most hotel checkout is @7 AM morning and my train is in the Night so i booked this room only for day time and for visiting Jagganath puri temple only but they even didn't provide the towel in Non AC room and it's too humid in the room as well as room is too smelly and dogs are roaming around the hotel as well as sleeping near the reception area.This hotel is not for family as well as not for stay.
