Worst Experience Ever!I booked a room at Hotel Sapphire, Lonavala through *Goibibo* after seeing attractive, polished photos and fake promises of a premium stay. Let me make it very clear: the reality was a complete nightmare.The room we were given initially looked nothing like the photos shown during booking. It was dirty, basic facilities were missing, and it was absolutely unacceptable for the price we paid. To add insult to injury, we were forced to pay extra money to *"upgrade"* the room.An ...more

the staff behaviour was very good and polite. the bathroom was clean and the food served was delicious. I will surely recommend this to everyone who is coming to lonavala. Aslam Bhai treated us really well and felt like Home.
