one of the worst experience i had. television not working, hell lot of mosquitoes and when asked for a mosquito repellent or machine, i was told they do not have. their executive ac and standard room are same. only difference is the ac nothing more. bed is just for 2 people, smaller than queen bed. if u are travelling with a kid then ask them for an extra bedding as u wont be able to sleep together. called many times for television, but the reception people were totally rude and doesn’t care muc ...more

Booked regular room without AC...Room was so small and congested compared to the regular offerings at this price point.. Allotted room number 107, where bed is just below the window and window opens to the corridor and no ventilation other than that. Surprisingly Absolute Zero range for Idea , Bsnl and jio.. Hotel is located close to Kochi International Airport. I have used this hotel on an earlier occasion. That's why I booked a room in the hotel again. Unfortunately, this time I got a room which was very small, with air conditioning not working. And since the room was the last one with direct sunlight hitting the room, the heat in the room was unbearable.
