1)our stay started with unpleasant experience of not getting the room as per booking instructions.
lost rs. 1200/- as we had to settle for the standard room against the payment made for superior deluxe room.
we were told that after one day stay in standard room they will shift us to the premium deluxe room. this never happened.
2) hotel management charged rs.1500/- for additional 03 hours stay after the check-out time..... as one member was unwell we were forced to pay the amount.

Surprised why this hotel has got such low rating.
Neatly maintained property and courteous staff who even tried their best to accommodate our early check in request
Even though the breakfast spread is redundant it was a decent one with decent taste, esp kids loved it.
Except some small hiccups like a broken window glass letting mosquitos in and one of the reception staff always looked/asked questions at us with some sort suspicion as if we were sneaking something in every time we went in/out even as a family with kids. May be he was too conscious about the safety and sanity of the hotel.

The best stay in the city in the budget. Had a problem free three days stay with courteous staff and a well run restaurant.

Actually we have a great stay, the room was comfortable for a family. Best things in room is they gave basic needs toiletries and towel, water kettle coffee and tea packs.
Bar is there in the first floor it's little bit above the normal price but they will give you additional side dish.
And extra bed you can get for 400rs and they won't give you just the bed but with the tiny seperate single bed with pillow, bed spread, towel.
