The room was spacious and clean; however, significant issues arose concerning the air conditioning and the quality of the food. The food did not meet the hotel's standards, and the air conditioning unit was also malfunctioning. Furthermore, no assistance was provided when I reported the air conditioning problem.
Upon arrival at the hotel, following a tiring journey, the family discovered a non-functional air conditioning system. Their collective reaction is well-understood.

Almost 5 star if they can improve restaurant staff/services and person with good communication at reception are. Amenities, food, hospitality all were great. Restuarant staffs sometimes seems reluctant to assist.

i stayed with my family in superior rooms. the rooms were spacious, clean, well maintained and no foul smell. we reached quite early and were assisted with early check-in by the courteous staff. the property is right at the highway and within 4 kms distance from somnath temple and bhalka teerth.we faced power outage issue multiple times in one of our rooms, which was later rectified by the staff. unfortunately, hot water wasn’t available.
