excellent stay and staff very helpful, especially eeshwar. he is ready to support with any request and also very polite and friendly. his customer skills are excellent. the girl on reception parita is very helpful and courteous. housekeeping staff sushant and rahul are very helpful and courteous too.

Serenova by Dia Hotels was an awesome experience. We found a place which is little away from the main market which was so soothing and had a great time. Staff was very polite and helpful. Property is well maintained and hygiene.

Stayed 2 days, Property is a bit distant to main attractions but, very clean and neat rooms, pool was good. Spacious and recommended for Family tourists and Bachelors also.,
