Just Average for above average price. Our price was increased when kids were included, but we're still provided a room with one double bed. Bathroom had few cockroaches. Room was small, bedding ok.
Smoke smell inside and outside the room in the corridor. Location is good, so if you are looking for this location then it may be ok for 1 night stopover. No parking, have to park on cramped street.
Not great for family.

Nice clean room to stay, but the check in time is 2 pm, which is the only negative thing about the hotel. Easy access to the shops and hotels nearby.

It's good for bachelors,couples,business and family. I received good hospitality from the reception there is an inverter when the power out and water heater
tv and they had ac and non ac i book non ac because outside already cool in weather good one room and sufficient for two but i stay one and bathroom is clean

My recent stay at Sethu Residency was unfortunately quite disappointing. Firstly, the staff exhibited unwelcoming behavior, making inquiries that felt more like interrogations and giving off an unfriendly vibe reminiscent of dealing with law enforcement rather than hospitality professionals.Secondly, the room was plagued with mosquitoes, which made it nearly impossible to have a peaceful sleep or stay indoors comfortably.
