sorry to post this but our stay at shalom was not at all delightful I have booking hotel s and tickets from goibibo since many years but it was a disappointment ,after putting up complaint on your portal I was told to talk to the hotel staff there was no hot water at all after asking again again for both days I was told keep the tap open but water didn't come there was red ants all around the bathrooms special camod was very old and dirty although the staff was good but they also count do much a ...more

The stay was comfortable. The size of room and bathroom space, balcony was very good. The AC and fridge was in working condition. Bathroom was clean. Swimming pool was also cleaned daily morning by 8-8.30am. The place is nicely located, easy access to the mainroad as well as the beach. The receptionist and room service staff behaviour was also good. They made our stay at the resort very comfortable. Stay was awesome, Big shout out to Amar and his friends who guided us and provided care.wonderful experience.We had a great stay
care taker was very helpful , down to earth , very polite. The property was very close to all the beaches in Goa.

this is not at all a resort.... small property... amenities are just for the sake of listing.... only 02 car parking that too outside hotel... swimming pool is very small and not at all maintained... no inhouse food option.... no phone.. rooms not at all maintained... old rooms .... just a normal hotel .. dnt go for description...
