Rooms are just ok. Semi deluxe ones are very small. Room service. No towels or soaps before we came. Had to ask for them a number of times. Had to boil out own water in their kitchen. Not recommended!

I could give zero but there is no option, room was dirty and blanket was burned, geyser was not working properly, tv was not working, phone was just for showpiece. unpleasant smell and they gave us that room by saying no other rooms available, and this is the off season timing.

Never book this hotel- Shimla Inn
No good water
No cleaning
Bedheets very dirty. Sure you will vomit
Food service is very poor
Room heater never work
Staff service is till 10 PM

clean and average rooms. have to adjust for parking facility. food is average. no window view for semi delux room.
