very bad smelly hotel shivsadan, staff behaviour very rudali, dirty bed, dirty bathroom and toilet. TV available but damaged and no dish services.
As per services and quality of property hotel charged more than fees 500% times.
Lights not working properly. fan and lights control from reception. My family suffered this kind of behaviour.

As mentioned, there is No TV, No Hot water, No jet-spray, Room and bathroom are dirty with cockroaches and insects everywhere. Not supportive staff.

Worst hotel hai non ac ka kabhi mat lena bahut chota room ganda tha aur unprofessional staff tha kabhi bhi mat jana is hotel me darawna tha ekdam aur ac ka kahke ac nahi chalaya towel nahi tha soap nahi tha room bad smell se bhara tha mai itna pay karne ke bad bhi bahar bhatakta raha taki room ki problem hame paresan na kare keval nahane ke liye use kar paye so bhai log soch samjh ke book karna

the room was very bad. the locks of the room didn't work properly. washroom was in very poor condition and dirty. the chair given in room was in very bad condition. the room was dirty and had very clear visible dust. the almirah was dirty. Overall my experience in this hotel was very bad. I would never recommend it to anyone.

my parents stayed there as they were visiting somnath dham. stay here was pathetic for them. bathroom was poorly managed. lift was not working. my mother is a heart patient and they were allocating them 2nd floor without lift. after then i spoke them on phone, then they gave on ground floor. room did not have cupboard. plz don't book this hotel. highly not recommended

I have Selected for Flexible check-in but hotel people made me to vacate on their check-out policy. I have requested and explained regarding the flexible check-in but they told me to ask and finally they made me to pay as a whole day charges from 11am to till 4pm. This is worst experience. Train your staffs regards the same. I was a solo traveller from Bangalore, this experience made me uncomfortable. Please don't repeat the same with other travellers.HAR HAR MAHADEV NOT FOLLOWED FLEXIBLE CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT POLICY WHATEVER MENTIONED.
