Hotel have standard time for hot water 5am to 7am
Friday my family members used cold water.
Saturday i was taking bath @ 6am due to hot water only provided 5am to 7am.
Room was not clean properly

staff was good but condition of rooms was very bad. warm water was not available wi-fi,tv was not working in room even wash basin was missing in bathroomi have not taken photos but you can check it my room

cold welcome,out side,no water provided,no jug, no glass,no supporting staffs.did not provided soap in the room after repeated this requirement.please take steps on above reasons.

hotel staff was very helpful. giving two star only because of the hotel staff other wise I'll prefer 1 star because zero rating not applicable.. it was totally pathetic.

First room was given with broken flush and basin in bathroom.
I requested another room but this room was dusty and most places spider webs were there. Hotel is in dirty garbage locality. Early check in charges are high and Check in time is very much late at 2:00 pm as this is the best policy to make money with cheapest hotel rates. Usually most hotels have timing about 11:00am. I asked question for the same and got reply about to room preparation for next traveler but they already had many rooms vacant. Bit disappointed. But OK for budget customers. Not nice with early check in time.

staff behavior is very good and supportive. room was clean and good. only flaw is street of hotel is very dirty and it is bit away from somnath mandir u have to pay 50rs to auto to rach mandir
