The service of the hotel is not the same as before. The staff sitting at the reception ignores everything and the service which was earlier provided on one call is now not of the same quality even after repeated calls. The service is not the same. The cleaning is not the same, the food is not the same. It is not like before. I did not enjoy it at all. The reception staff is very rude.

stay was good.near to puri temple.one thing that management should do is to have a lift boy as the lift was not properly working.we were stuck in the lift and i spite of ringing the bell no one turned up for help.safety comes first and hence the management should prioritize this.

The location of the hotel is very close to the temple (hardly 100 mtrs.). Cabs, rickshaws are not allowed till the hotel and will drop you approx. 300-400 m before the hotel. The rooms were very clean the staff is very polite and friendly. The restaurant serves amazing food (though the prices are a bit higher compared to others in the vicinity). Giving 4 star rating instead of 5 star as they charge more than MRP for a water bottle without any justification.

The rooms were clean and spacious however the AC was not cooling. Food was great and hospitality was nice.
A comfortable stay in the proximity of the temple and market place.

Excellent experience, very close to the Jagganath ji temple. Hotel price is bit costly thats why long stay not recommended. Food was good in terms of taste and hygiene. Hotel service and staff are as desired.

sri hari grand puri is always a great place to stay, near jagannath temple. nice food. great ambiance. room rent per day has become quite expensive now. otherwise everything is fine
