Room is at 7th floor(3rd above the ground).Room is good. View from the room is awsome. But the room is a bit small for 3 persons. Pleasant and peacefull stay

Review: The hotel is in Upper Pelling and location is great. The rooms were very clean and seemed to be newly built. Good was also good. Hotel and food pricing was reasonable. Great stay!

Nice hotel at upper Pelling with mountain view rooms. Food was also good. Staff behavior was good and they are helpful.

View of Kanchenjunga from the hotel room is awesome. You can enjoy homely Bengali food. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Cars for sightseeing and pick up and drop is arranged.

Pros... 1. Excellent position 2. Nice food 3. Reasonable pricing 4. Prompt room service cons...none as such we stayed at room no. 604...it has a spacious adjoining terrace with full view of Kanchenjungha...excellent experience.

I am very much disappointed about their behaviour. l would like you suggest that you must be enquire about what room they have allotted and what rooms tourist booked , specially in the peak season.
