I stayed here for the first time, hotel is fantastic in all manner. Food quality is ultimate. Service staff is decent. Cleanliness is outstanding. It meets all standard like a Five star hotel. Location is good. Ambiance is ultimate. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Food service and quality is excellent. The pool is well maintained.

the hotel is conveniently located near the sevoke road and has excellent interiors. the room aesthetics is beautiful and soothing to the eyes. below are the pros and cons. pros: location, aesthetics, staff behavior, food, swimming pool maintenance, washroom hygine are of best of the category cons: beds are super small. difficult to adjust if your kid is more than 5 years old. the mattresses are too soft for comfort and gave body ache. no nightlamp or footlamp found in my room. a bit costlier than similar hotels in silliguri.

the stay was awesome and pleasent. location was superb along with the lovely interior of the rooms and pool side view..i will preferably prefer the same hotel at any time visit to siliguri.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so guests may feel some difficulties. However, their service is top notch. Restaurant food and their services are commendable. Housekeeping staff are also very efficient. I will choose Sinclairs if ever I have to visit Siliguri in future.

Stained Bed sheet be changed before check in, dental kit, comb and sleepers should be provided, room is rather small. Food is ok. Hospitality is good. Overall it was so so stay.

The location was very good, stayed here a second time. Price is on the higher side considering the age and amenities available at the property, e.g.: hangars to hang clothes were all broken. Toiletries were also of low quality and amenities like toothbrush, shaving razor etc were missing especially considering the price. However the property is clean and well located which served my purpose.
