Hotel was clean and good. staff were very polite. Hotel is located at heart of city, just 500 mts from Palace.
TV in my room was not at all working. which was one of the backlog.

Room service was not good. They didn't gave us basic things. Small cockroaches were present inside bathroom. Food was below average.

I would like express my personal experience after living 2 days in that hotel, first of all very poor facilities off all ways. No tv, wifi working, seems they have not cleaned bedsheets for a week. Very bad smell even bathroom. I asked 3 times at reception no one came to provide service at least TV to work.
Never go to that hotel to make your trip uncomfortable.

Never select this hotel for stay.it's pathetic.AC won't work in any rooms.no remote for ACbed sheets changed after multiple requests..not maintained well..
