We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. Right from the moment we entered the washroom, we were met with a horrible smell of urine. It was extremely unpleasant and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay.
There was also no hot water available in the washroom. When we raised the concern with the in-charge, we were told that it would take some time for the hot water to come. However, even after three people had taken showers, the water remained cold. We experience ...more

Good customer service, The room was ok but inside the washroom door handle got broken easily.. luckily did'nt trapped inside. there was an opening in the washroom as shown in the picture so we did'nt use the washroom

It was clean and sufficient for two but not worth for the money, for that money some other amenities could have included like a electric kettle, one more chair, some ventilation, as u open the door too much of mosquitoes entered into the room.

We have been there for 1 day and it was very Nice stay at the hotel....the behaviour of the staff was very good. It is just at a walkable distance from the town..... overall excellent stay at the hotel
