had a wonderful stay at this place. the view from the property was amazing and so was the food. mridula sharma was at the reception who guided us to the places worth visiting in shimla. all the staff members were very cordial and nice. the musician playing at banquet in dinner made our stay worth it. sujhal is an amazing singer. had fun time singing with him.

Great hotel, stayed in room no 404 and 405 and the view from the room was awesome. Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent with so many varieties. Kuldeep Sharma operation manger is very helpful. All the staff are having a smiling face.

Had a pleasant stay at the resort. The centralized heater was a great help in the intense winter. The food was good, however the breakfast spread could be improved. The roads to the resort may be a bit tricky for the inexperienced drivers.

Rooms were clean, room service was good.
Apart from that, I can say hotel needs to add some more activities to engage their guests.
Like i got call for checkout two times but not a single time for bonfire in two days of stay.
Also, bathroom locks were not working.
There was no hooks to hang the clothes in washrooms.
No handshower was there and you should add dispensers rather than small bottles which will decrease the plastic pollution.
