cons:
1) premium room had barely premium facilities, like racks and hooks were missing in bathroom and wardrobe, additional bed was a camp cot,
2) inadequate toiletries and tea kit,
3) tv had no recharge initially and limited afterwards,
had to request for all the above
4) food was weird and tasteless, though there was some options in the breakfast, but non-veg wasn't served.
pros:
1) the kanchenjunga view was breathtaking from room 403,
2) the staffs were hardworking, supportive but very innocent

It was a good stay.. amazing view from hotel. Loved it. Though the amenities mentioned hotel is fake, hotel does not provide all of it. It is a bit hyped. Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Even the area and room was very clean. The path to the hotel about 10 km away is very bad to drive.

Very nice hotel with decent amenities located at Middle Pelling. Offers some of the most stunning views of Mt. Kanchenjungha.
