Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless clean and comfortable. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing! Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone.

Solo Simrin Residency , Whenever I come to cochin I always love to stay in Solo..My Friends Suggested this hotel and Rooms well occupied and the staff are well behaved and Man in charge Rony Is a Gem ,Truly a Decent Young Man , Very Down to Earth Behaviour ... June 12 2025.. My Opinion is That One Time Stay Here And See The Magic Ampience Of Solo....

My recent stay at Solo Simran Hotel in Kadavanthra, Cochi, was far from satisfactory, the experience was marred by several issues, leaving much to be desired.Neatness and cleanliness were severely lacking throughout the premises. Upon entering the room, it was evident that proper cleaning had not been conducted for quite some time. Very unhygienic and poor service. The bedsheet and the blanket were not cleaned, they had dirt and stains all over. The sheets and the pillow cover were torn out at many places. The room and washroom smelled of cigarettes. There were a lot of mosquitoes getting into the room as the window was damaged and not closed properly. Experience is very bad.. The hotel doesn't have drinking water facilities or bottled water for purchase, when asked for water we were told that it is available in a store 300 meters away from the hotel . Even basic cleanliness is not there in the room, bed sheets are not clean towels are dirty broken mirror , broken walls . The photos shown while booking is not at all related to this hotel and all the images but this is first time i have a very bad experience from ur side
