Very near to Ernakulam North Railway, rooms are very small and room smells little bad staffs provided room freshner but freshness doesn't extend more than 5 minutes, hygiene part is good, staff behaviour is decent. Milk powder and Water bottle not provided.

not worth early morning, smell of drainage came to room through the steel wash basin. no dental kit, no tea /coffee kit also. not recommended

no food and there is no proper hotel near by. for this amt is too high room bathrooms cleaning is not done when we are out. they didn't clear dustbins. disappointed experience ๐

We had a mixed experience. The room was neat and clean, which was a big plus. It was also equipped with a kettle and tea bags, a nice touch for tea lovers. However, there are no good restaurants nearby, which can be inconvenient for dining options.(the hotel's signboard prominently displays "Simtec," while Google Maps lists it as "Springfield Billets." This causes confusion, Delivery personnel often struggle to locate the property accurately.)
