We stayed in their house boat 19th to 20th oct. TV wasn't working, water is dripping from 1st to ground floor, lizards roaming in room n Common area.

the stay was pleasant and good! but there were no activities involved. the pickup and drop locations were bad.
food was terrible.
but very friendly guide and cook.

staff was very rude and unprofessional.Despite charging so much for just 5 hours of Boat stay ,they started late and came back early.(started 1230 and returned to shore at 1640)on requesting for some time and why came early they replied to complain .boat was also not well maintained.poor experience.

I like the location of house boat.The food served was very tasty. Need to improve on cleanliness. I expect more duration of stay on houseboat but checkin time was 5:30 pm which is not good.

one of the worst services, food was bad, only one small fish for non veg food for lunch,
no Ac Till 23.30, as promised at 9pm.
rooms are very small,bathrooms very dirty.
worst experience, even not worth for Rs.1000 per room, but they charged 13k per room.

The booking was not honored by the owner as upon reaching the place, we were placed in a good room in sree Krishna house boat but later on they informed that their is problem in the pipeline so the houseboat will not function and shifted us in a different substandard houseboat with pathetic infrastructure.

Food quality and quantity is very poor,not at all worth. Secondly service is very low standard,you won't feel like you have paid such a good amount to get this poor service.They don't have their own boat,its all sharing.. So if you are lucky you might get a good one.
