We had a 2 day stay at their 3 bedded non AC room on the 2nd floor (14th -16th June)
Lemme talk about the Pros first:
1 - Friendly & co-operative staff.
2 - Timely house keeping and cleaning.
3 - Clean & comfy room & washroom.
4 - A water dispenser on each floor with both normal & cold water. You don't have to ring the reception or room service everytime for a bottle of water.
5 - Lovely clean ambience all over.
The best part being their staff was more than eager to help always.

We could not be happier with our stay. The location was away from the congested center and was a very cozy neighbourhood just minutes away from sea beach.
The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, and exactly as premium quality as depicted in the pictures. The behaviour of the staffs were very polite and helpful.
We did not have any food there as it was a pure-veg establishment, so cannot comment on that. However, they willingly provided us with utensils to peel and cut fruits when requested.

family room was good, big enough for atleast 6 adults. Food was good though not amazing. they have tie ups with a resturant which is nearby and whatever you order is prepared there and then delivered. delivery is late though, sometimes hotel staff will forget that there is something to be delivered.
