The stay was amazing. It is my second time here. The reception staff Nancy treated us best. She proactively arranged complimentary breakfast option and provided us room with excellent view. The only negative we had was the flush in toilet was not working properly. Except for the same all the amenities and services provided by the hotel is good.

Such a wonderful property in the heart of the city,with panoramic views of lake and forum Mall.The staffs were very much polite and one of the staff Ms.Nancy provided a free upgrade to suite room.The rooms were neat and the room service is also very good.

such a wonderful experience from the staffs,especially Nancy at the front office.She provided a complimentary upgrade the room to Deluxe suite,with a stunning city view and lake view.Also,their professional way of check in Procedures is remarkable.Overall am totally satisfied with the hotel. location and friendly staff.

The stay was very uncomfortable, the food was not satisfying, and most of all, the location of the hotel was not genuinely informed in Google Maps The only good thing about the hotel is the front lobby and the staff assigned in front lobby.

room was good but the toilet was too small. i booked suite room but for the suite room very small toilet.the door was touching the closet.that was a bad experience.and when im dialing for housekeeping it was not connecting.this was only the bad experience i got from there.rest of all good
