location is very good just opposite dal lake room is ok, kitchen not available in hotel but All type of food available just outside the hotel

view from Lake view room - 5/5 service - 5/5 cleanliness and hygiene -3.5/5. hotel is near dal gate 2 which is good location. owner and the guys working at the hotel are friendly . provided us with super quick service be it food or other things . only thing i think they can work on is washrooms . overall a good stay option .

Not a good hotel if you're traveling in winter... The room is too cold and the electric blanket doesn't work much... Its all wooden room which becomes very cold... Apart from that the room is very good and maintained well.

average hotel, bathroom clean, small corridor. no balcony. restaurant is average with average food. good thing it is very near to Dal lake ghat no. 1 just opposite of it. good experience as near to market & Dal lake ghat

budget hotel ,excellent location ,good food..manager was helpful in booking our local travels ...only issue i faced was unlike other hotels where we stayed, they refused to boil our infants food ,we had to walk to neaby outlets to prepare kids food. location

location of the hotel is good,rooms are clean and comfortable , staffs are well behaved....one should contact the hotel in order to avoid getting a room in third floor

There is a hotel gate in a very dirty smelly street, where garbage is thrown, the hotel has a weak floor made of wood, it makes a scary sound even to walk, the room is small, I stayed there for 4 days but not a single day without speaking No one came to give water to the room, nor did anyone come to clean the room. Overall bad experience.
