Me and my wife stayed in the standard AC room. I have observed some deficiencies in the room. For example,
1. The rooms must be cleaned more
2. Need one deem light too as in our room we have two tube light which on via one switched only.
We have experienced well cooperative staff. Food was also okay.

Good service and clean, spacious rooms
Staff is friendly and helpful
Pool wasn't clean though and had broken tiles in it. Saw another hotel guest getting injured and bleeding due to broken tiles in the pool too.

The rooms were very unclean. Location and amenities are good at the affordable price. Food taste was ok, the only issue was the cleanliness, even after informing the staff the food waste thrown in front of my room door was not cleaned by them. It was cleaned the next day in the afternoon. Very disappointed as I had a 2 year child with me. Very bad experience. Waste of money. The swimming pool was also not clean.

the property was located in a very calm and peaceful place. 4 cars can be parked inside the compound in front of the main gate. food is moderately priced and the same can be ordered via room service. calls made to the reception and room service were attended promptly. food was good. the room was large enough and decently maintained.

0 for cleanliness , unhygienic and Dirty rooms & washroom. So called special amenities like bath tub seems like it has not been washed from months . Very dirty washrooms as well . The room floor was dirty and sticky. Mini bar refrigerator was smelling as it was super dirty too.
Room was big and spacious and the resort is on prime spot and it can be a best resort , but lack of cleanliness , customer service. It seems they don't even care what client faces.
Food order from their in house restaurant was much below average.

Rooms were not clean.
Comforter cover was torn.
Curtains were super dirty.
Toilet seats were falling.
Door handle was too loose.
Overall pathetic experience.

A very beautiful stay enjoyed alot even there are many place's we can visit and only 30 min 20 min away from the hotel very good staff room was neat and clean.
