booked deluxe room for 2 people.
denied checkin stating it's overbooked..
since it was already night and arguing with receptionist for 30mins, provided very small room with 3×6feet bed for 2 people..
staff is very rude, not at all preferable.

ac was not working. front office staff was very rude and unprofessional. called many times to there restaurant for food but they said they will call back and i had to go out in search of restaurant. horrible experience.

rooms are good but the staff behaviour is worse, asking extra money also doesn't know anything about how to handle the hotel.
