electricity bakup nahi tha all night ac not working all night
mera chek in night 9pm tha tab se ac nahi chal rha tha manager ne kaha electricity nahi hai to ac kal chalega next day
goibibo ke custmor care sw koi contact nahi hua only jia avlble thi

This Property is very closely located outside the Ludhiana Railway Station and so is very conveniently reachable from the Railway station.
Rooms are okay, can't expect anything great as in a small budget.
I was not happy with the service, for everything they have their reservations, like I asked if I could get a possible late check out of two hours or so? I was straight told that they do not give a late check out if they have any online bookings of guest through Travel portals, which is reall ...more

worst stay ever. no soap in the washroom. flush not working. there is a bad smell in the washroom and room as well. staff was not cooperative. i left the hotel after 3 hours.
