very poor rooms. parking is a real mess. you may be required to move your vehicle any time to let others take their vehicle. not at all couple friendly. horrible ambience. located in a remote place off main road. dont get impressed by photographs of the property. seems they were taken when the lodge was started. ok for bachelors or men wgo are travelling without family.

Horrible
Hotel denied booking, had to search another
Never got to stay at the hotel they did not accept the booking
You should stop giving false information to customers on bookings
Your customer support is not quick enough to respond n help at the time of need as well

poor place, not at all as in the picture, service is the worst, i lost my money as the booking was not confirmed by them. worst experience ever. not clean at all, very different from the picture they provide.

very bad experience!. they denied our check in and demanded more money. we checked in the night and it was quite difficult at that time to find another stay. its been more than once that we faced similar kind of situations. not recommending to anyone👎🏻
