very small room....bathroom spelling very bad... ladder very badly constructed... impossible to go for a women with small child....not for a family room.... location was. bad too

Reception Rude Behaviour towards Single Women Guest. Booked room with lift. They provided me with small room with three beds where i cannot even move alone saying we will shift you to more smaller rooms for two if another guest come anytime. I didn't came here to be uncertain of my rooms to be shifted anywhere anytime as they want as i came to keep my luggage safe and go attain meeting, not to stay indoor all day to be disturbed and waste my time.
