first of all the room had no key.
and we also got the room without air conditioner and the reason he said was the room we booked was already accommodated. and the shower was not working . no wifi. very smelly blankets.

They charged double the charge what have been asked.the rooms was not having clean bed sheets and blanket .no locks for the door. No proper access to the building .
