nearby to mattutgavani bus stand. restaurants available at walking distance. the hospitality of staff is excellent at hotel mr.muthuamil. quite economical with all amenities. only lift is not available otherwise it would be more better.

This hotel was used as a transit for us and we stayed here only for 5 hours. It is a bit dirty, the cupboard paint has peeled off, commode seat broken and smelly.Somehow I felt overnight stay would be a nightmare here.

Our observation many points.
1.first our booking referrance name didn't displayed in their list.
Initially they arranged outside rooms for fresh up evening shifted to hotel rooms.
2.drinking hot water facility not there.
3.room have cigarate smell.

so the rooms were not clean with lot of dust and spit on walls. .only thing we get good bed and ac in the amount. the staffs were good.

Hotel listed it as a triple bedroom but it's just double bedroom a very small bedroom. After asking at most they said they will give a three piece thing they call mattress and more over they will not even give bed linen and blankets for that mattress.
The ac barely works.

Hotel is walkable distance from mattuthavani bus stand. good bed provided. bathroom is not clean. no hangers in bathroom. pipes are leaking. need more maintenance.

Booked for one night stay, really good response from the receptionist, but the room was very worst.. walls are spitted by the previous guests. Its really spoiled my mood. Whole day wasted. they provided me soaps and hair cleaner from oyo.. Both are expired one. I informed and returned to them.

Room Not clean, the bedsheet and pillow cover they can't change. very bad experience. i inform in Receptionist but I'm not satisfied their response.
