I had a very bad experience while staying at Suryaprakash. We were staying in a suite for two nights with family, but the Wi-Fi was not working at all (even after informing the hotel reception). The flush in the washroom was not working, and no steps were taken even after complaining, instead of giving excuses. The front desk person's behavior was very rude and was not ready to help; but of course, thanks to the owner, he helped us solve the problem (the only positive feedback). The breakfast op ...more

Nice Stay. Convenient to reach. Nr Chembur Station. Comfortable Stay. Polite and Nice Staff. Food from Outside but in room dining - excellent food quality. AC n Shower in a good and worked excellent during stay .

Over experience is good. . However the pricing is seems to higher side for room offered .
The price should have been approx 3 to 4k. But I have paid of 7k per day. This is high for such small hotel.
However hospitality was good.

They are charging for breakfast, but they are getting food outside from the street hotel. They are not provided hot Water even in the morning. Rooms are very small. They are provided single bed only. Total waste for staying in this hotel.

Hotel is excellent. Rooms are very clean, hotel staff is very cooperative. The challenge is only breakfast, they don't have a kitchen. No buffet for BF, they have to arrange the breakfast from the outside restaurant with minimum options only.
