The room they provided was in ground floor, is very suffocating as it has only a window that opens in a common passageway. Bathroom has no exhaust fans.
Room & bathroom was clean.
Not recommend for family & having children.

the rooms were okay, not super clean but okay. we had a delayed check in and still had to wait. no cleaning staff comes in mornings. i found other guests smoking in the hallway, there was no check for that. will work for bachelors, maybe not for families with children.

I get a single bed room while I book a double bed room
room size approx 100 sq. ft.
there was a tv but not open.
toilet flush not working properly
I was lost money for booking your application.
there was many hotels around 1000 where as I booked 2000 and above this room

The hotel was good the staff were also very understanding but the only dificult things was we were alloted a room on the 4th floor and there was no lift and location is very good only 2 minitues distance to sea beach and main market

Very bad service given by hotel tem. it's really horrible experience. Total 5 days we are staying in Hotel, everyday house keeping staff not cleaning and also bedsheet not change. Same bedsheet continue all 5 days.

Absolutely pathetic. rooms are very dirty. no ventilation. The fan is not working. street dogs are sleeping in the corridor. seems like a slum locality. They are showing an image of a different hotel and providing a different hotel. Don't book this hotel
absolutely pathetic experience. our fan was not working and after complaining multiple times also there was no solution

First they don't have any idea about Customer Service & how to Manage,, without any cross check they directly told that me that I don't have any booking for the hotel. They didn't provided a single bad cover,, called staffs multiple times for cleaning the room they didn't came. Answering to customers so ridiculous like a we are begging to them for some help. I reached before 16 minutes and request for check in but they didn't allow.
