first of all when I go to reception they don't have booking details, The receptionist staff was rude. receptionist ask unnecessary questions like how much you pay for itroom experience I book an elite room but the hotel provides me room which is totally different very poor conditionin room TV not workingac not workinghot water not comes, Hygiene issuewood eating dust continues dropping on bed.Very bad experience I would not recommend this property I give 0.1 out of 5 star

Hotel was very bad owner and manger was very rude there was bad bucks on a bed bathroom was extremely dirty very unhygienic plz think twice before booking this property bathrooms flush was broker ac wasn't working pool was also closed no facilities at all

Guys don't go with the ratings of this property. It was amazing. When I was there, the only problem I faced that their restaurant was under renovation. But I'm sure they will finish very soon and it'll we a boutique restaurant.

1) we reached at 12:30 morning, but was rudely told that room check in time is 1:00 pm although they had vacant room available but we had to wait till 1:35 pm.
2) some other customer came to reception regarding his mobile lost n requested to check with receptionist, but was rudely interrupted and told him that its not their responsibilities, rather to listen the scenario.
