The behaviour of one of the staff member at reception was worst, he kept arguing again and again. The pictures of room are different from the actual room, washrooms were not cleaned.
Rooms were too shady and they didn’t canceled our booking when we asked, even the GM of hotel denied to cancel the booking and refund the amount. It’s better not to book this hotel for stay in Munnar.

Big hotel, Good view from 5 and above floor, good room service. Decent clean hote and resturant.
Food is Decent,break fast is also decent.
Only con is it's next to main road...so no walking space around hotel...

Perfect hotel for perfect stay- we took 2 rooms for 2 days
-hygiene
-amenities
-clean washrooms
-good food
-nice view from balcony
-1.5kms away from market so if you want to have outside food then have to take your car.

A very good budget hotel. The service was good and the rooms were neat and clean. The trekking package was provided by the hotel itself at an affordable cost of 3K(6 adults and 2 children).
