Negative Points 1) Room wall plaster is broken.2) Washroom cloth hanger is broken.3) Fan loud sound observed.4) Wrong name showing Sai ujwal palace on building.5) No hot water facility i say 2 times to housekeeper but he can't response. He warm tea kettle and provides me hot water . Very disappointed to hotel service.6) Complementary soap not provided.7) Bed pillows and mattresses is dirty found.

If there was a rating below 1 i would have loved to give that. The hotel ( or so it should be called) Was just a bedroom with a tiny tv , that wasnt working, there were ants and cockroaches in the washroom.The staff was extremely impolite, rude the max.

Nice and clean room. Hotel staff very polite. hotel near by shirdi saibaba temple approximately 300 mtrs. Noise free accomdation.

Horrible hotel, no cleanliness and staff is not available at reception most of the times. Did not even provide drinking water. The beds and linen are dirty and full of hairs. No soap and towel. Hot water was supposed to be available from 4-8 am but we got only after 7:30.The hotel building old. Only plus point is the location and close to Shirdi temple and AC. Never stay at this place.

Hotel is walkable distance from Dwarkamai . The staff person attends well. ok for a budget hotel lift is not available

rooms are not cleaned , washroom is not working properly. They are not providing breakfast and dinner in hotels. The only good thing is that the AC is working fine.
