No bucket in bathroom, tap not working, washbasin drain was not clear. Staff was very polite and helpful

i had a really good stay here. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. the food was tasty and freshly made. my room was clean and comfortable, and the toilet was also very clean, which i appreciated. the hospitality was great and i felt well taken care of. the rate was also worth it for the service and comfort provided. would definitely consider staying again.
the only downside i thought of is that there is no phone available to call the staff for any help. we have to go downstairs to seek help from the staff. don't know the situation about other rooms though.

Hotel service was good, the room is spacious enough, and the staff is good, but there is only one problem: their rooms were clean, but there are insects like small cockroaches.

Worst ever. Unclean. Mosquitoes. No windows. Near open drain. Took breakfast money, didn't serve any.
