it's a great cost effective hotel in Powai, food is delicious except for the fact that it is a bit expensive

At the time of check in the room was horrible which was allocated to me and i had to speak with the front desk manager twice and he is like we dont have another room only but when i said i cant stay and u need to see it then he shifted me to another room and that was a twin bed room and i booked king bed room. On top of that breakfast was not good. One day i asked front desk person not to get room cleaned because i had valuable items there and still on coming back it was done. Overall experience was pathetic Nothing was upto the mark

Hotel was average room were clean but very old setup. They have rooms available but still they provided me a room which was not upto the mark that also on the 7 floor in the . AC don't have a proper remote, instead there was a Remote hanging from the ceiling at the entrance which we need to use for temperature control. Also whatever temperature you set, it use to go automatically to 24. They didn't even have provided the contact number to contact the room service/reception/housekeeping. First da ...more

This is a good option for a family, but not at all good if you're a couple or travelling for business. Ca. easily near what's going on in the room beside yours. Moreover, they strictly do not allow guests to even enter the premises, forget about the room.As a business traveller, the staff is very very polite and professionally trained. From the guards to the chef's - everyone speaks in English. the desk staff is good as well. it's a decent hotel, the food is amazing. but one can get a much better 3 star property for its price.
