Iam totally disappointed ! Very dirty room, this property will not qualify for the single star. All the rooms are in very worst condition seems no maintenance from years. It should close and do the renovation then go for the business.

good property bit away from crowd and city. rooms are well equipped with decent breakfast. housekeeping is bit slow.only thing is early checkout around 11am. they are very strict with that. we were traveling with kid and our return train was at 3pm. so we were not been extended by an hour

Quite pleased with the service. The restaurant serves a wide selection of food.Staffs are good.The hotel is beautifully situated next to beach. Little bit upset with the power cuts. I like most the swimming pool.

Average - Only good thing is the sea view that too if you take their most expensive suite. Service in the food area is horrible - they literally make you wait for an hour before serving food. They suddenly change the buffet to ala carte menu and don't even have the courtesy of informing the guests.

Hopeless facility. rude staff.. they are not at all ready to answer.. tames some 45 minutes to provide a cup of tea.. one of friend couple with us in #665 ordered baby milk that too they provided at 11.50pm which was ordered 10.45pm.Moreover they don't accept 2000 currency, denied by receptionist at 11.15am on 15/08/23. Along with coordinating with he co-receptionist.Overall hopeless and worst experience

Really good property with private beach ...... rooms and amenities are good for family ...food is good .... 1.little slow service in the restaurant. 2.Limited menu in restaurant 3.little more cleanliness required at pool side and pool water .. 4.they should provide seatings near beach side ...

don't book this property , It will spoil you mood and money .Rooms stink , lizards and incetcts are sharing room with you, food is average, they will bang your door to checkout at 8am .
