We spent 5 nights and 4 days at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, in terms of size, furnishing, the bath room. It was beyond our expectations for the price the hotel charged for it. The food at the restaurant was excellent both the alacarte and the typical Kerala food. Since were vegetarians, can not opine on the non vegetarian food. The staff were vet courteous and helpful. The service was very good. The one area that needs improvement is maintenance of equipment auch as AC or plumbing in bath rooms.

Not Quite Business ClassEmbarking on my stay at The Classik Fort, enticed by the allure of a business class experience, I found myself oscillating between moments of satisfaction and areas of disappointment.Undoubtedly, the hotel lives up to its commitment to cleanliness, evident in well-maintained linen and bathrooms. Located in a prime spot, when you book a room via booking apps you always get an average room in a hotel. However, upon requesting a room change, I received a different one. The service was excellent, and the staff's behavior was also very friendly and accommodating.

Loved the stay at hotel. They provided all the amenities more than what we expected. Their hospitality was amazing. They have a good parking space.
