Hotel is close to many iconic locations of New Delhi. Staff particularly at reception are very friendly and cordial. Food is very good.

The positives:
Conveniently located at the heart of the city, close to 2 metro stations with direct trains to the airport. Clean property, and great hospitality. The staff try their best to help you out.
The negatives:
Small, basic rooms, with barely enough space to place an ironing board. The rooms only offer an open closet, and a very small table as a workstation. The AC vents are directly facing the beds, which causes a direct AC blast aimed at the head of the resident. I find this very uncomfortable. The restaurant food, while good, is a bit expensive.
