guard at the entry such illiterate.he didnot even know how to respect the guest and dis respected me.i will lodge a complaint after my meeting in ministry as well against this hotel and my bookingreally disappontedworthless experience

i booked for two days but due to the rescheduled meeting i stayed for one day and checked out on 26th @ 10:30am instead of 27th.
i therefore request to refund for one day and send invoice for one day stay only.. thanks

Itna ganda experience tha kuch bhi achcha nai tha sab kuch room me ganda tha aur bathroom me sab toota hua tha. Parking available bola lekin jab check in kiya tab mana kar diya

In the name of Delux room they are giving such dirty place with smelly bathroom. And they say that they have only 2 rooms in this category; both of which are closed to the staircase.
