Stay at the hotel was very pleasant. There were no issues with the Amenities like hot water for bath, wi-fi, Sir Conditioning and cleanliness. We reached on a very rainy day and the staff helped and provided us with iron.. The manager is very polite and knows around the place. Location wise the tourist spots in panchgani are very close to this place. The food, although with a limited menu was good.. The staff also helped us with decorating the room for celebration.. Pleasant stay, helpful and cooperative staff

It was a Nice Stay Positive 1. Friendly Staff. 2. Hotel is safe 3. View is really good. 4. Heritage building. 5. Spacious Parking. 6. Staff is concern about your Fooding and all things. 7. Hotel is clean. Concerns 1. Location is inside the local area so not getting highlighted. 2. When I visited Hotel there were no visitors, got little awkward, but staff was friendly and safe. one of the wrost hotels i have visited, which costs more then ...Rs. 1. Broken toilet seat.2. No electric kettle for room.3. No packed water bottle was available when we entered the room. Had to order packed water separately.4. loud music was played till 12 am.
